Well, I went and did it. Of course, this means I get to go through the claims process. Ugh. I hate the mad scramble. Here's hoping that the summaries will actually give me visuals this year, though if everyone read Amph's totally awesome "How to Catch an Artist" post, I should be well fettled.
Unless, of course, one of you lovely people is looking for an artist and haven't found one yet? :D
I would have signed up sooner, or put the word out that I'd like to team up with a writer, but it's been a slooooooow start to the art year for me. I think I needed some fallow time. I managed to get my remix submitted in time (woot! it was close!), and now I have an idea for a Living & the Dead piece (inspired by Ashley Pharoah, no less), and an Outlander piece that's been smouldering in my imagination for a while that might actually see the light of day sometime this year.
