Don't know that we'll ever move away from here, unless it's to be in the Netherlands again, and that would only be with a defined contract and for desperate need on the part of the company.
Mr Cello made a career choice, back before DS was born, that he would not consider a job that makes him leave here. We almost moved to LA (long story), but he eventually told his employer that if they wanted to keep him they'd find him work locally. So glad he did! It limits his options a lot, but we love it here.
